창세기 34 : 24 - 디나 사건 그의 도시의 문에서 나갔던 모든 자가 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜의 말에 귀를 기울이고 모든 남자 곧 그의 도시의 문에서 나간 모든 자가 할례를 받으니라. And unto Hamor and unto Shechem his son hearkened all that went out of the gate of his ciry; and every male was circumcised, all that went out of the gate of his city.
창세기 34 : 20 - 디나 사건 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜이 자기들의 도시의 문에 이르러 자기들의 도시 사람들과 대화하며 이르되, And Hamor and Shechem his son came unto the gate of their city, and communed with the men of their city, saying,
창세기 28 : 17 - 야곱이 벧엘에서 서원함 두려워하여 이르되, 두렵도다. 이곳이여! 이 곳은 다름 아닌 하나님의 집이요, 이곳은 하늘의 문이로다, 하고 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
창세기 24 : 60 - 이삭의 신부 리브가를 축복하여 그녀에게 이르되, 너는 우리의 누이로다. 너는 수천 수백만의 어머니가 될지어다. 네 씨가 자기들을 미워하는 자들의 문을 소유할지로다, 하니라. And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and left thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.
창세기 23 : 18 - 사라의 죽음 헷의 자손들 앞에서 즉 그의 도시의 문에 들어온 모든 사람 앞에서 아브라함의 소유로 확정되니라. Unto Abraham for a possession in the presence of the children of Heth, before all that went in at the gate of his city.
창세기 19 : 11 - 소돔의 사악함 작은 자든 큰 자든 그 집 문에 있던 남자들을 다 쳐서 눈을 멀게 하니 이에 그들이 문을 찾느라 힘들어하더라. And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
창세기 19 : 10 - 소돔의 사악함 그러나 그 남자들이 자기들의 손을 내밀어 롯을 집으로 자기들에게로 끌어들인 뒤에 문을 닫고 But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
창세기 19 : 9 - 소돔의 사악함 그들이 이르되, 물러서라, 하고 또 이르되, 이놈이 들어와 머물면서 우리의 재판관이 되려 하는도다. 이제 우리가 그들보다 너를 더 악하게 다루리라, 하며 그 사람 곧 롯을 강하게 밀치고 가까이 나아와 문을 부수려 하더라. And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
