창세기 36 : 9 - 에서의 세대들 세일 산에 있는 에돔 족속의 조상 에서의 세대들은 이러하니라. And these are the generations of Esau the father of the Edomites in mount Seir;
창세기 32 : 9 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 야곱이 또 이르되, 오 내 조상 아브라함의 하나님, 내 아버지 이삭의 하나님이여, 주께서 전에 내게 말씀하시기를, 네 고향 네 친족에게 돌아가라. 내가 너를 선하게 대하리라, 하셨나이다. And Jacob said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Issac, the LORD which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
창세기 31 : 3 - 야곱이 라반을 피해 도망함 주께서 야곱에게 이르시되, 네 조상들의 땅으로, 네 친족에게로 돌아가라. 내가 너와 함께하리라, 하시매 And the LORD said unto Jacob, Return unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and I will be with thee.
창세기 19 : 38 - 롯의 후손: 암몬과 모압 작은딸도 아들을 낳아 그의 이름을 벤암미라 하였는데 바로 그는 이 날까지 암몬 자손의 조상이니라. And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Ben-ammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.
창세기 19 : 37 - 롯의 후손: 암몬과 모압 맏딸은 아들을 낳아 그의 이름을 모압이라 하였는데 바로 그는 이 날까지 모압 족속의 조상이며 And the firstborn bare a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.
창세기 17 : 5 - 언약의 재확인 네 이름을 다시는 아브람이라 하지 아니하고 네 이름을 아브라함이라 하리니 이는 내가 너를 많은 민족들의 조상으로 삼았기 때문이니라. Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
창세기 17 : 4 - 언약의 재확인 나로 말하건대, 보라, 내 언약이 네게 있으니 너는 많은 민족들의 조상이 될지니라. As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
창세기 15 : 15 - 아브람과 그의 씨를 향한 하나님의 언약 너는 평안히 네 조상들에게로 가겠고 또 충분히 나이 들어 묻힐 터이나 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
