창세기 32 : 9 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 야곱이 또 이르되, 오 내 조상 아브라함의 하나님, 내 아버지 이삭의 하나님이여, 주께서 전에 내게 말씀하시기를, 네 고향 네 친족에게 돌아가라. 내가 너를 선하게 대하리라, 하셨나이다. And Jacob said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Issac, the LORD which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
창세기 31 : 13 - 야곱이 라반을 피해 도망함 나는 벧엘의 하나님이니라. 네가 거기서 기둥에 기름을 붓고 거기서 내게 서원하였으니 이제 너는 일어나서 이 땅을 떠나 네 친족의 땅으로 돌아가라, 하셨느니라, 하니라. I am the God of Beth-el, where thou anointedst the pillar, and where thou vowedst a vow unto me: now arise, get thee out from this land, and return unto the land of thy kindred.
