창세기 16 : 5 - 하갈과 이스마엘 사래가 아브람에게 이르되, 내가 당하는 부당한 일을 당신이 당하기 원하나이다. 내가 내 하녀를 주어 당신의 품에 두었거늘 그녀가 자기가 수태한 것을 알고 자기 눈으로 나를 멸시하니 나와 당신 사이에서 주께서 판단하시리이다, 하니라. And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes; the LORD judge between me and thee.
창세기 16 : 3 - 하갈과 이스마엘 아브람의 아내 사래가 자기 하녀 이집트 사람 하갈을 데려다가 자기 남편 아브람에게 주어 그의 아내가 되게 한 때는 아브람이 가나안 땅에 거한 지 십 년이 지난 뒤였더라. And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.
창세기 16 : 2 - 하갈과 이스마엘 사래가 아브람에게 이르되, 이제 보소서, 주께서 나를 막으사 아이를 낳지 못하게 하셨으니 원하건대 내 하녀에게 들어가소서. 내가 혹시 그녀로 말미암아 아이들을 얻을까 하나이다, 하매 아브람이 사래의 목소리에 귀를 기울이니라. And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
창세기 16 : 1 - 하갈과 이스마엘 그런데 아브람의 아내 사래는 그에게 아이를 낳지 못하더라. 그녀에게 한 여종이 있었는데 그녀는 이집트 사람이요, 그녀의 이름은 하갈이더라. Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
창세기 15 : 18 - 아브람과 그의 씨를 향한 하나님의 언약 바로 그 날에 주께서 아브람과 언약을 맺으며 이르시되, 내가 이 땅을 이집트의 강에서부터 저 큰 강 유프라테스 강까지 네 씨에게 주었노니 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
창세기 15 : 17 - 아브람과 그의 씨를 향한 하나님의 언약 해가 져서 어두울 때에 연기 나는 화로가 보이며 타오르는 등불이 그 조각들 사이로 지나가니라. And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
창세기 15 : 16 - 아브람과 그의 씨를 향한 하나님의 언약 그들은 네 세대 만에 여기로 다시 오리니 이는 아모리 족속의 불법이 아직 충만하지 아니하기 때문이라, 하시니라. But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yel full.
창세기 15 : 15 - 아브람과 그의 씨를 향한 하나님의 언약 너는 평안히 네 조상들에게로 가겠고 또 충분히 나이 들어 묻힐 터이나 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
