창세기 37 : 1 - 요셉의 꿈 야곱이 가나안 땅 곧 자기 아버지가 나그네로 지내던 땅에 거하였더라. And Jacob dwelt in the and wherein his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
창세기 35 : 29 - 이삭의 죽음 이삭이 늙고 날들이 차서 숨을 거두고 죽어 자기 백성에게로 거두어지니 그의 아들들인 에서와 야곱이 그를 묻으니라. And Isaac gave up the ghost; and died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days; and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
창세기 35 : 28 - 이삭의 죽음 이삭의 생애는 백팔십 년이더라. And the days of Isaac were an hundred and fourscore years.
창세기 35 : 27 - 이삭의 죽음 야곱이 헤브론 곧 아르바의 도시 마므레로 가서 자기 아버지 이삭에게 이르렀는데 그곳은 아브라함과 이삭이 머물던 곳이더라. And Jacob came unto Isaac his father unto Mamre, unto the city of Arbah, which is Hebron, where Abraham and Isaac sojourned.
창세기 35 : 12 - 야곱이 벧엘로 돌아감 내가 아브라함과 이삭에게 준 땅 곧 그 땅을 네게 주고 네 뒤를 이을 네 씨에게 그 땅을 주리라, 하시고 And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.
창세기 32 : 9 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 야곱이 또 이르되, 오 내 조상 아브라함의 하나님, 내 아버지 이삭의 하나님이여, 주께서 전에 내게 말씀하시기를, 네 고향 네 친족에게 돌아가라. 내가 너를 선하게 대하리라, 하셨나이다. And Jacob said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Issac, the LORD which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
창세기 31 : 53 - 야곱과 라반의 언약 아브라함의 하나님, 나홀의 하나님, 그들의 아버지의 하나님께서 우리 사이에 판단하시기를 원하노라, 하매 야곱이 자기 아버지 이삭이 두려워하는 분을 두고 맹세하였으며 The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge betwixt us. And Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.
창세기 31 : 42 - 라반이 야곱을 추격함 만일 내 아버지의 하나님, 아브라함의 하나님 곧 이삭이 두려워하는 분께서 나와 함께 계시지 아니하였더라면 분명히 외삼촌께서 이제 나를 빈손으로 돌려보내셨으리이다마는 하나님께서 내 고난과 내 손의 수고를 보시고 어제 밤에 외삼촌을 책망하셨나이다. Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.
