If ye be true men, let one of your brethren be bound in the house of your prison: go ye, carry corn for the famine of your houses: 창세기 42 : 5 - 요셉의 형들이 이집트로 내려감 이스라엘의 아들들이 곡식을 사러 온 자들 가운데 있었으니 이는 가나안 땅에 기근이 있었기 때문이더라. And the sons of Israel came to buy corn among those that came: for the famine was in the land of Canaan. 창세기 42 : 3 - 요셉의 형들이 이집트로 내려감 요셉의 형 열 사람이 이집트에서 곡식을 사려고 내려걌으나 And Joseph's ten brethren went down to buy corn in Egypt. 창세기 42 : 2 - 요셉의 형들이 이집트로 내려감 또 이르되, 보라, 내가 들으니 이집트에 곡식이 있다 하는도다. 너희는 거기로 내려가서 우리를 위해 거기서 사라. 그리하면 우리가 살고 죽지 아니하리라, 하더라. And he said, Behold, I have heard that there is corn in Egypt: get you down thither, and buy for us from thence; that we may live, and not die. 창세기 42 : 1 - 요셉의 형들이 이집트로 내려감 이제 야곱이 이집트에 곡식이 있음을 알고 자기 아들들에게 이르되, 너희는 어찌하여 서로 쳐다만 보느냐? 하며 Now when Jacob saw that there was corn in Egypt, Jacob said unto his sons, Why do ye look one upon another? 창세기 41 : 57 - 요셉이 권좌에 앉음 모든 지방이 곡식을 사려고 이집트로 들어와 요셉에게 이르렀으니 이는 모든 땅에 기근이 매우 심하였기 때문이더라.
