창세기 29 : 33 - 야곱의 아이들: 레아의 아이들

그녀가 다시 수태하여 아들을 낳고 이르되, 주께서 내가 미움 받는 것을 들으셨으므로 이런 까닭에 내게 이 아들도 주셨도다, 하고 그의 이름을 시므온이라 하였으며

 

And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Because the LORD hath heard that I was hated, he hath therefore given me this son also: and she called his name Simeon.
