Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh. 창세기 18 : 14 - 약속의 아들 주에게 너무 어려운 일이 있느냐? 생명의 때를 따라 내가 정한 때에 네게 돌아오리니 사라에게 한 아들이 있으리라, 하시니라. Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. 창세기 18 : 13 - 약속의 아들 주께서 아브라함에게 이르시되, 어찌하여 사라가 웃으며 이르기를, 내가 늙었거늘 정말로 아이를 낳으리오, 하느냐? And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? 창세기 18 : 12 - 약속의 아들 그러므로 사라가 속으로 웃으며 이르되, 내가 늙었고 내 주(主)도 늙었은즉 내게 즐거움이 있으리오? 하매 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? 창세기 18 : 11 - 약속의 아들 이제 아브라함과 사라는 나이 많아 연로하고 또 사라에게는 여인들의 관례에 따른 것이 멈추었더라. Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of wormen. 창세기 18 : 10 - 약속의 아들 그분께서 이르시되, 생명의 때를 따라 내가 확실히 네게 돌아오리니, 보라, 네 아내 사라에게 한 아들이 있으리라, 하시니라. 사라가 그의 뒤에 있던 장막 문에서 그것을 들었더라.
