창세기 32 : 16 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 그가 그것들을 각각 떼로 나누어 자기 종들의 손에 넘겨주며 자기 종들에게 이르되, 나보다 앞서 건너가고 떼와 떼 사이에 거리를 두라, 하고 And he delivered them into the hand of his servants, every drove by themselves; and said unto his servants, Pass over before me, and put a space betwixt drove and drove.
창세기 32 : 15 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 젖내는 낙타 서른 마리와 그것들의 새끼들이요, 암소가 마흔 마리요, 황소가 열 마리요, 암나귀가 스무 마리요, 나귀 새끼가 열 마리더라. Thirty milch camels with their colts, forty kine, and ten bulls, twenty she asses, and ten foals.
창세기 32 : 14 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 암염소가 이백 마리요, 숫염소가 스무 마리요, 암양이 이백 마리요, 숫양이 스무 마리요, Two hundred she goats, and twenty he goats, two hundred ewes, and twenty rams,
창세기 32 : 13 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 그가 그 날 밤을 거기서 묵고 자기 손에 들어온 것 중에서 자기 형 에서를 위해 예물을 취하였는데 And he lodged there that same night; and took of that which came to his hand a present for Esau his brother;
창세기 32 : 12 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 주께서 이르시되, 내가 반드시 네게 선을 베풀고 네 씨가 바다의 모래같이 곧 너무 많아서 셀 수 없는 모래같이 되게 하리라, 하셨나이다. And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.
창세기 32 : 11 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 내가 주께 간구하오니 내 형의 손에서, 에서의 손에서 나를 건져 내시옵소서. 그가 와서 나와 또 아이들과 함게 있는 어머니를 칠까 염려하므로 내가 그를 두려워하나이다. Deliver me, I pray thee, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau: for I fear him, lest he will come and smite me, and the mother with the children.
창세기 32 : 10 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 나는 주께서 주의 종에게 보여 주신 모든 긍휼과 모든 진리 중 가장 작은 것도 감당할 수 없사오니 내가 내 지팡이만 가지고 이 요르단을 건넜으나 지금은 두 떼나 이루었나이다. I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.
창세기 32 : 9 - 에서가 야곱을 치려고 옴 야곱이 또 이르되, 오 내 조상 아브라함의 하나님, 내 아버지 이삭의 하나님이여, 주께서 전에 내게 말씀하시기를, 네 고향 네 친족에게 돌아가라. 내가 너를 선하게 대하리라, 하셨나이다. And Jacob said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Issac, the LORD which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
