And he said, Behold, I have heard that there is corn in Egypt: get you down thither, and buy for us from thence; that we may live, and not die. 창세기 42 : 1 - 요셉의 형들이 이집트로 내려감 이제 야곱이 이집트에 곡식이 있음을 알고 자기 아들들에게 이르되, 너희는 어찌하여 서로 쳐다만 보느냐? 하며 Now when Jacob saw that there was corn in Egypt, Jacob said unto his sons, Why do ye look one upon another? 창세기 41 : 57 - 요셉이 권좌에 앉음 모든 지방이 곡식을 사려고 이집트로 들어와 요셉에게 이르렀으니 이는 모든 땅에 기근이 매우 심하였기 때문이더라. And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy corn; because that the famine was so sore in all lands. 창세기 41 : 56 - 요셉이 권좌에 앉음 온 지면에 기근이 있었으므로 요셉이 모든 창고를 열고 이집트 사람들에게 팔았더라. 이집트 땅에 기근이 매우 심하게 되었더라. And the famine was over all the face of the earth: And Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt. 창세기 41 : 55 - 요셉이 권좌에 앉음 이집트 온 땅이 굶주리게 되매 백성들이 파라오에게 부르짖어 빵을 구하므로 파라오가 모든 이집트 사람들에게 이르되, 요셉에게 가서 그가 너희에게 말하는 대로 하라, 하니라. And when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread: and Pharaoh said unto all the Egyptians, Go unto Joseph; what he saith to you, do. 창세기 41 : 54 - 요셉이 권좌에 앉음 요셉이 말한 것 같이 일곱 해 기근이 들기 시작하매 모든 땅에 기근이 있었으나 이집트 온 땅에는 빵이 있더라.
