창세기 48 : 14 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 므낫세가 맏아들이므로 이스라엘이 의도적으로 자기 손을 유도하여 오른손을 내밀어 동생인 에브라임의 머리에 얹고 왼손을 내밀어 므낫세의 머리에 얹었더라. And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn.
창세기 48 : 13 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 오른손으로는 에브라임을 취해 이스라엘의 왼손을 향하게 하고 왼손으로는 므낫세를 취해 이스라엘의 오른손을 향하게 하며 그들을 데리고 그에게 가까이 가매 And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near unto him.
창세기 48 : 12 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 요셉이 그의 무릎 사이에서 그들을 데려오고 또 얼굴을 땅으로 향하여 엎드려 절하며 And Joseph brought them out from between his knees, and he bowed himself with his face to the earth.
창세기 48 : 11 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 이스라엘이 요셉에게 이르되, 내가 네 얼굴을 보리라고는 생각도 하지 못하였는데, 보라, 하나님께서 내게 네 씨도 보여 주셨도다, 하니라. And Israel said unto Joseph, I had not thought to see thy face: and, lo, God hath shewed me also thy seed.
창세기 48 : 10 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 이제 이스라엘이 연로하여 눈이 어두워서 보지 못하더라. 요셉이 그들을 데리고 그에게로 가까이 가니 그가 그들에게 입을 맞추고 그들을 안으며 Now the eyes of Israel were dim for age, so that he could not see, And he brought them near unto him; and he kissed them, and embraced them.
창세기 48 : 9 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 요셉이 자기 아버지에게 이르되, 그들은 하나님께서 이곳에서 내게 주신 내 아들들이니이다, 하매 그가 이르되, 원하건대 그들을 내게로 데려오라. 내가 그들을 축복하리라, 하니라. And Joseph said unto his father, They are my sons, whom God hath given me in this place. And he said, Bring them, I pray thee, unto me, and I will bless them.
창세기 48 : 8 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 보고 이르되, 이들은 누구냐? 하니 And  Israel beheld Joseph's sons, and said, Who are these?
창세기 48 : 7 - 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 축복함 나로 말하건대 내가 전에 밧단에서 올 때에 라헬이 길에서 가나안 땅에서 내 곁에서 죽었는데 그곳은 에브랏에서 그리 멀지 않은 곳이라. 내가 거기서 그녀를 에브랏 길에 묻었느는데 그곳은 곧 베들레헴이니라, 하니라. And as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when yet there was but a little way to come unto Ephrath: and I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; the same is Beth-lehem.
